I still haven't gotten to stamp. It's so sad! I did well at the Yard Sale last Saturday. I actually exceeded the personal goal that I had set for myself. I think everyone did good. It was Crazy for a while, I didn't know that many people knew where the store was. I have been sick since Friday and I came home from the sale Saturday and went right to bed. By Sunday this stuff had really kicked in. I got up one time on Sunday and that was to go online to get a substitute for Monday and Tuesday. I made it to work the rest of the week, but I am far from being well. I managed to finish this project that I have been working on in the wee hours of the night. I have been in bed so much that my back hurts and I have to get up and move around.

I'm sorry that I haven't stamped this week. I had a Stamper's Ten Club meeting and I've been cleaning my craft room getting ready for the Yard Sale at Priceless on Saturday. I can't believe that I have actually pulled so many stamps off the shelf to sell. But it is time for me to part with them. I hope to see you at Priceless, the Yard Sale starts at 10:00. Remember that I take Visa and Master Charge. hahaha See you soon!

I am working on Shadow Boxes for each of my boys and their lady loves. When I get them completed I am going to group them together on the wall. Last weekend Zachariah and his girlfriend Sabrina went for a boat ride on the river with Sonny and I. The sun never came out, but it was a nice day on the river. I took the opportunity to get some photos of the two of them together and completed his shadow box. This is one of my favorite pictures:
Here is the shadow box, you can tell how deep it is by the side view.
Have a wonderful day!

I've been cleaning out my craft room. I can't believe all the stuff that I am ready to part with. I will have a table full of stamps and stuff at the Yard-Sale at Priceless on Saturday the 24th. The problem with cleaning, is that I keep coming across projects that I have wanted to work on for months or even years. In other words, I keep getting side-tracked.
Here is one of the projects that got me off track:
The eyes are shaker boxes filled with glitter.

I had a million things to do when I got home today. I had to fix dinner, straighten up around the house for tomorrow nights club meeting. The most important thing was that I was waiting for UPS. I had ordered a new stamp set that I wanted to demo Thursday night. Once I completed my projects I thought I had a little extra time to browse through the new catalog. Well, I remembered that I had to write an IEP for one of my students. If the meeting wasn't tomorrow, I would have said the heck with that!
Here is one of the projects for Thursdays club.
Here are a few more pictures from Regionals:

Here is one of my Door Prizes for January's Stamper's Ten Club meeting. One of the lucky ladies will win a roll of matching wrapping paper, gift tags, gift bag, ribbon, and bows. These turned out sweet, I may have to put my name in the pot... lol To create your own gift set, look for rolls of wrapping paper that you can easily match up one or two of your stamp sets and ink colors with. Remember! You can find wrapping paper on sale everywhere right now.... Go take advantage of it. lol Sue the enabler; hehehe

I made this calendar as a thank you gift for a friend. I saw it on the Stampin' Up Demonstrator web site. I changed a few things; I didn't have the calendar stamp, so I printed and cut the individual calendars to size. I do have the month stamps so I was able to stamp the months in matching colors. This was fun to make and it has a very clean look to it. I already have one cut out for myself. I think it was at least 9" tall. I may have to make this a class. I have to get busy stamping ..... Stampin' Up Regionals is this Saturday. I need some card fronts to swap with other Demonstrators.
